Bike Trailhead Delivery

Let's make this easy on you!

It's all about convenience. Sometimes you don't have the car/rack to get your rental bikes to the riding area. No Problem, we can drop the bikes off and pick them up for you!

Details:

All participants riding the rental bikes must come into Chile Pepper shop in Moab prior to the bike delivery. You will get a bike orientation, get fitted to a helmet, sign a waiver, get any gear you need for the ride, and we will also be able to get your seat height measurement for your rental bike. You can visit the shop the day of your delivery/rental, or if it's more convenient for you, you can come in the day before, or even a couple days before your reservation date.

How it works:

-Your rental bikes will be delivered to your desired trailhead by a set time in the morning. See our trailhead timing table on this page. You can arrive any time after the drop time.

- You will have a key or a combo to the lock on your bikes, simply unlock them, go ride, and lock them back up when you are done!

-The bikes will be due back at the trailhead by the return time, also on the trailhead timing table on this page. We will collect the bikes at some point after your return time, no need for you to wait for us. When you are done riding, you can leave and go get refreshments and food, or whatever is next on your itinerary!

- NOTE: You will likely not see a Chile Pepper team member at the trailhead at any time, and if you do, they will only be dropping off bikes and leaving quickly to another location. Make sure you understand the bikes and have all your gear with you for your unguided rental. This is just a delivery and pickup service, all your facetime with us will be at the Chile Pepper shop prior to your delivery.
