Chile Pepper Bike Shop carries the most progressive brands in the industry. Our Service Department is staffed daily with skilled techs who are at the ready to save that unlucky or unprepared guest’s vacation. The goal is for our team to provide the best experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You may be recommending an appropriate trail ride at the counter, pulling a shot of espresso or dropping what you’re doing to fix a flat tire for someone who is having a rough day of it out there. There are no small jobs here, we all take ownership of that customer experience and it shows in our reputation. This is an opportunity to live in the original mountain bike Mecca and knock off a ton of rides you’ve only been dreaming about. The work here is demanding, we have a high-volume of customers and provide a high level of service to every single one of them so be ready to learn fast. It starts before we open and goes until we clean and prep the shop for the next day’s riders. There is plenty of time to shred with your teammates or on your own. Our demo bikes are available to you as a tool for beefing up product knowledge or your riding skills. We truly believe in playing just as hard as we work.
